Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penyalahgunaan NAPZA berdampak buruk terhadap kondisi psikologis dan sosial individu, termasuk menurunnya tingkat penerimaan diri. Rendahnya penerimaan diri dapat memperburuk proses pemulihan. Salah satu intervensi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan penerimaan diri adalah terapi menulis ekspresif. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi menulis ekspresif terhadap peningkatan penerimaan diri pada pasien penyalahgunaan NAPZA. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus dengan desain pre-post experimental pada satu pasien laki-laki berusia 27 tahun yang sedang menjalani rehabilitasi. Intervensi menulis ekspresif diberikan selama 12 hari dan dievaluasi menggunakan Berger Self-Acceptance Scale. Hasil: Terdapat peningkatan skor self-acceptance dari 110 (kategori rendah) menjadi 135 (kategori sedang) setelah intervensi dilakukan. Kesimpulan: Terapi menulis ekspresif efektif dalam meningkatkan penerimaan diri pada pasien penyalahgunaan NAPZA dan dapat digunakan sebagai bagian dari intervensi psikososial selama rehabilitasi.
