Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tingkat ansietas dan insomnia sering dialami oleh mahasiswa keperawatan karena tekanan akademik dan praktik klinis. Dukungan sosial, termasuk dari keluarga, terbukti memiliki dampak signifikan dalam mengurangi tingkat ansietas dan gangguan tidur. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi hubungan antara tingkat ansietas, dukungan keluarga, dan kejadian insomnia pada Mahasiswa. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kecemasan, dukungan keluarga, dan insomnia di antara 20 mahasiswa keperawatan semester 1 sampai 7. Hasil: 85% mahasiswa mengalami insomnia, dengan 50% mengalaminya sebagai akibat dari motivasi dan dukungan emosional yang buruk. Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tingkat ansietas dengan kejadian insomnia maupun antara dukungan keluarga dengan insomnia (p≥0,05). Kesimpulan: Program manajemen stres, yang mengeksplorasi faktor lain, seperti: gaya hidup, aktivitas harian, atau beban akademik yang dapat memengaruhi insomnia adalah acuan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mahasiswa keperawatan dan kualitas pendidikan.
