Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perundungan merupakan penindasan secara beulang baik secara fisik maupun melalui kata-kata yang dilakukan kepada orang lain yang lebih lemah. Perundungan dapat berdampak secara psikologis ataupun social terutama bagi mahasiswa keperawatan yang praktik di rumah sakit. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman perundungan yang dialami oleh mahasiswa keperawatan yang melakukan praktik dilayanan kesehatan. Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner menggunakan Adolescent Peer Relations Instrument (APRI), kemudian dianalisis dengan uji statistik deskriptif. Hasil: Jenis perundungan yang paling banyak adalah perundungan verbal sebanyak 67 orang (44.7%), perundungan relasional sebanyak 45 orang (40%), perundungan fisik sebanyak 23 orang (15.3%) dan perundungan eletronik (cyberbullying) sebanyak 15 orang (10%). Kesimpulan: Adanya perundungan pada mahasiswa praktik perlu mendapat keterlibatan dari layanan Kesehatan dan pendidikan keperawatan sehingga tidak berdampak pada psikologis dan sosial mahasiswa serta karir masa depan.
